VINTAGE
The 2016 harvest began with a relatively steady growing season after welcome winter rains eased drought conditions. Cooler than average day temperatures and cool nights throughout the ripening period were perfect for the development of complex aromas and flavors. Harvest came in earlier than usual with slightly lower yields of very high quality fruit resulting in delicious ripe flavors with less sugar and more acidity.
